Back to being serious, I would like to use this chance to say thank you to the people who supported me in the past and to the people who donated to keep my fridge full. As for the fans who are disappointed about the death of my little game, I would like to encourage you all to try to make a game yourself. It was a fun experience for me and you never know what unexpected thing would happen to you along the way. I certainly found something precious during my short live gaming making career.
If some of you would like to pick up the project and continue the development, I am sorry that to tell you that I would like my story to stay mine, although...this is the internet, so I know I am totally powerless to stop you. However, if you want the ask me where I found the resources, you can always email me about it (I don't have any copy right claim on the resources used in my little non-profit project). If you like to learn about how to make RAGS game you can always check out my game since it doesn't have any password lock in the development kits. You could also email me about it, although I might not have the time to give you a detail explanation, nor remember how some of the stuff works.
Once again, I would like to apologize for the disappointing news, so.....here is an apology dance preformed by the world famous, Dr. Zoiberg!
I am deeply saddened by this news but I can only wish you the best of luck with what ever else life throws at you. I was personally hoping that you would finish the game at some point at the future how ever from this post I can only assume you are forever dropping the game. For what ever reason, but if I had to guess some one doesn't agree with this kind of game making.

ReplyDeleteToo bad there won't be anymore to your game but after following so many projects in the past that end up not happening you get used to it. And maybe someday you will get back to it since you do love your creation and want share it.
If it was the sexual content that caused issues I'd still be interested if you made something without adult content.

ReplyDeleteThank you for the update. As much as we mourn the loss of another project which is being abandoned, we are also quite grateful for what you have given us. I cannot say that enough. I know what it's like to have to abandon things, or put them on indefinite hold. (I've get a few listed on my site, but many more have come and gone, before those.)
ReplyDeleteI've also seen quite a number of promising projects fade away. It happens; we'll all get over it.
But... if you decide to come back (to this, or another project), we'll be waiting.

ReplyDeleteWhat if it was asmina or mdqp who picked it up? I know mdqp is talking about finishing TotDC within the next 6 months.
I know you aren't going to work on this any more, but I wanted to say, I just replayed it to the end, and you did a really good job, and that it was very fun. Thank you again, for making this.

ReplyDeleteShe sometimes shows up on Mdqp's site (see "My Devious, Questionable Projects" on the right). Try asking there. If nothing else, the userbase there are super helpful and friendly and someone there should be able to help out. ;)
